She went over and beyond and understood our needs very well.  With experience we can say that she is not just after the money unlike many other brokers in the area we talked to: We had someone who saw the house a few days before Megha listed it and eventually[15 days after listing] offered. while the deal didn't go through, Megha without any conditions, like a true professional, offered to not charge any commissions if we had accepted that offer, even though we had no written exclusions etc! I am doubtful how many other brokers would do this.
